TCP/IP Protocol Suite, Third or Fourth Edition by Behrouz A. Forouzan, McGraw-Hill, ISBN 0-07-296772-2 (ISBN 0-07-111583-8 for the paperback version).
The book has a good coverage of modern Internetworking topics and has a very pedagogical top-down approach.

The second edition of the book can also be used.

Reading instructions for 3rd Edition summarizes the chapters that you should read for the exam if you are using the third edition of the book.Rextensive and covers many details. You can find reading instructions for 4th Edition summarizes the chapters that you should read for the exam if you are using the fourth edition of the booke different sections on the "Lectures" page.
