NoSQL Databases

PNUTS, HBase, Neo4j, Cassandra CouchDB MongoDB, Voldemort, Redis, Riak, Scalaris, FlockDB, Hypertable, .. there are a number of NoSQL databases. In this project you will select a set of databases and do performance messuerments. You will use the Yahoo! Cloud Serving Benchmark but before running these benchmarks you need to get familiar with the tecnologies, select a set of systems and examine how they approach the CAP theorem. You should then decide which properties are the most relevant and then set up an environement where you can run your experiments.
