Field trip 20th of December
The field trip will be to Wesdyne TRC AB, which is an affiliate to Westinghouse Sweden.They will tell us about their manipulators/robots that examine reactor tanks and their different methods of looking for "bad things" in nuclear reactors, especially their ultra-sound technique.
The visit at Wesdyne will start at 9 o'clock December 20. The visit will take some 2,5-3 h.
The address is Kemistvägen 5 in Täby. If you travel by public transportation you shall to take "Roslagsbanan" (the trains leaving from Östra Station close to KTH)
At 8:35 a train to "ÖSTERSKÄR" leaves from Östra Station. You shall get off at station "GALOPPFÄLTET". From there it's a200 meters walk to Wesdyne.
