Course literature

There is a very nice course literature directly based on a series of lectures given by Alexei Finkelstein in Moscow (pretty unusual at this level), which we highly recommend:

Alexei V. Finkelstein and Oleg B. Ptitsyn, Protein physics, Academic press 2002.

The book can be a bit hard to find, but check the regular internet book stores (start with Amazon); please contact the teacher if this proves difficult, and we'll try to help!
