Practical information (bus, hotel rooms, sauna ...)
Departure from KTH
We meet at the KTH main gate on Jan 20 @ 9.30. A bus will take us to the hotel. Here is the google maps link to the hotel in case you decide to go by yourself.
Check-in
Check in at the lobby when we arrive with the bus.

Sauna/Pool
Bring swim suit/ swimming trunks in case you want to use the outdoors sauna / indoors swimming pool. The sauna is booked Jan 20 20.00-23.00 but we will ask everyone who wishes to use the sauna 20.00-21.30 to cover up/wear swimming trunks/suit. You can bring your own drinks, and/or purchase at the bar at the hotel.
Teambuilding activity
Bring warm clothes/jacket. Part of the team building activity may be outdoors.
Check-out
Make sure to check out on Jan 21 before 9.00.
Return trip:
Bus will depart from the hotel on Jan 21 @ 14.00 and take us back to KTH.
