We started this PhD level course with a grand ambition of studying most of the material from the book. This is considered a direct approach where the teacher sieves out relevant material and the students follow the material.

In the last class, students informed me that direct approach is tedious and they want to take part actively in teaching too. They advised that the teacher may provide a guideline (bit precise) of required teaching material from the book beforehand. Then the students will study the material and finally we discuss the material in the next class (immediate next class). It can happen that a student will explain a short portion of the material on the board. Also, the teacher will provide a guideline for relevant exercises.

According to the above format, we will organize the next class on 10th June. Please visit the course plan and download the Slide 6. The Slide 6 contains the guideline for teaching material. Study the material before 10th June class and we will discuss the material. The associated exercises must be finished before the class on 19th June.

Hope to see all of you in the next class.
