KTH International Faculty (KTH-IntFac)

KTH International Faculty (KTH-IntFac) is an association formed by teachers and researchers that are actively involved in international cooperation, looking for synergy with peers in complementary areas and/or promoting KTH becoming a global actor, e.g. by supporting interested but not yet internationally involved colleagues to take part in this development and by making KTH aware of opportunities and threats on the global academic arena.

In extending its reach, KTH benefits from having an experienced contingent of teachers from diverse areas prepared to take on the challenges of working abroad while holding the KTH flag.

Objectives

The objectives of the KTH International Faculty are:

  • Constitute a body of human resources available for Iinternational projects at KTH
  • Constitute a discussion forum and arrange seminars and symposia on internationalisation, globalization and other subjects of interest.
  • Form a meeting point for teachers with international experience and interest apart from teaching competence
  • Promote KTH as a global actor
  • Disseminate international experiences internally that could improve the performance of KTH
