Coloring Proposals

Our proposal is that the pavilion can and should have new colors depending on the type of event. Using it in Almedalen would require a certain color, wile using it as a pop-up-cinema might require a street-art expression.

Based on those premise, we provide a base fundament on which the idea can be applied.

That base consists of a preliminary red cloth (might change to another base color) and a painted structure, preferably red or green. We also discussed whether the colour could be different, depending on it's facing direction, ie outwards or inwards, or if the color should be unified.

The following samples illustrate a selection of potential expressions, which SMART KREATIV STAD can use as inspiration by inviting artists and such to participate in the making.

They are sorted based on their popularity they gained through voting in the studio. The most popular expression suggests a contrast between the structure and the cloth.
