Book a group room (Kista)

As a student at KTH Kista you may book the group rooms in Electrum.

The rooms may be booked for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours, up to 2 weeks in advance. A new booking can be made once the current booking is concluded.

The group rooms can be booked between 07:00 and 23:00, seven days per week.

Rules for using and booking group rooms
* Only programme students at KTH Kista may use the rooms.
* Preference is given to groups consisting of 2 people or more. If someone is sitting alone, groups have the right to use the room even though the single person has a booking.
* If a room is booked and no one has showed up after 15 minutes, the room may be used.
