The meeting is not mandatory, and I know that some of you are studying abroad right now,

but I think it can be useful to have this meeting so we can meet and you can have some practical

information, ask questions etc. (I will send information presented at the meeting to all of you afterwards).

For organizational reasons I would like to know who will come to the 31 Aug. meeting (on 25 Aug. at the

latest). Otherwise you may not get any coffee/tea and cookies!
