Organization structure analysis framework

Organizations need to adjust to changing environments and business strategies continuously. When organizations change, structures, roles and functions should be realigned with the new conditions.

If such realignment does not take place, this can result in responsibilities being overlooked, staff being mismatched to the tasks, and people or even functions working against each other. Meanwhile, many employees in today's organizations feel that they cannot do their best in their work positions and reach their full potential. This is not only unfortunate for the individual employees, but also for the organizations that are not making use of their full capacity.

Within the research project, a framework has been developed to analyze organizational structure’s impact on business performance.
