BioExcel webinar: Restoring protein glycosylation with GlycoShape
Rebuilding glycosylation is significant for understanding biomolecular structure and function in life sciences. This webinar shows how glycoproteins (for example, from the Protein Data Bank or from machine learning systems such as AlphaFold and RoseTTAFold) can be restored to their native, functional state by adding the missing glycan 3D information in seconds using GlycoShape.
