About CDIS
At CDIS, we develop knowledge that will strengthen Sweden's cyber defense and information security. Here, leading researchers work to meet the challenges that result from the rapid digitalization of society.
CDIS connects researchers and educators in cybersecurity and information security. The goal is to develop knowledge and create new methods, tools, concepts, cyber defense applications, and information security. CDIS will also facilitate the transfer of knowledge to related organizations and partners.
KTH assists in the training of cyber soldiers. They are trained at the command-and-control regiment in Enköping. It is the country's only training for cyber soldier conscripts. The practice has been tailored for the Armed Forces and conveys knowledge that is achieved at the forefront of research. The overall mission is to give the country a better preparedness in cyber defense and security.
