Mindfulness Meditation Workshop with Student Sangha Circle
What if there were a simple technique that could energize, calm, and focus your mind – all at the same time? You don’t need anything more than your own natural breath and just 10 minutes of your day.

Join us for a one-hour mindfulness meditation workshop (17:15–18:15). We’ll begin by sharing a warm cup of tea and connecting with fellow participants. The second half of the session will include a short discourse with meditation instructions, followed by about 20 minutes of silent practice.
No prior experience is required—just come as you are, in comfortable clothing, ready to sit quietly for a little while. Registration required (opens in March).
