Join us for a one-hour mindfulness meditation workshop (17:00–18:00). We’ll begin by sharing a warm cup of tea and connecting with fellow participants. The second half of the session will include a short discourse with meditation instructions, followed by about 20 minutes of silent practice.

No prior experience is required—just come as you are, in comfortable clothing, ready to sit quietly for a little while. No registration, just show up at the appointed time!

Follow @kthsangha on instagram  for updates on weekly meditation sits and yoga sessions on campus.

This is one session out of several. See all sessions during autumn 2025 in our calendar .
