Discover KTH’s impact – Annual Bibliometric Monitoring (ABM) for 2025

Published Nov 26, 2025

Would you like an overview of KTH’s collective publishing output? In ABM you will find information about KTH’s publications, broken down by schools and departments.

This version of ABM covers the publication years 2015–2024 and presents an in-depth exploration of KTH’s research, including publication volume, bibliometric indicators, co-publication, and open access. You can also see which specific countries and organisations the units have co-published with, as well as how our research is classified according to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In ABM, you can follow the impact of your own research as well as that of your research group, department, or division.

ABM is part of KTH’s continuous monitoring and quality assurance work and provides an overview of the impact of KTH’s research. It also offers insights into KTH’s research collaborations and how the research influences the society around us.

In ABM, you can extract the information most relevant to your needs.

The purpose of ABM is to support the monitoring and understanding of KTH’s research. For schools and departments, the material can be used as a data source in quality dialogues and follow-up activities. It is primarily based on data from DiVA and Bibmet (KTH’s bibliometric database), and results are presented for the whole of KTH as well as at school and department level. When logged in, you can also see the results for your own publications.

In the service KTH Research Information, which complements ABM, you can analyse co-publication and citation impact, among other things. Here you can select divisions and create your own groupings of researchers (for example centres or project teams). There are extensive filtering options as well as project-related data.

The agile development team Data-driven analysis and follow-up of KTH’s research (DAUF) develops services in this area in collaboration between KTH Library, Research Support Office, and the IT Department, making it easier for everyone to understand our research.
