KTH Professor becomes Member of European Academy of Science and Arts

Professor Jinyue Yan, Director of Future Energy Profile Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mälardalen University (MDH), Sweden was elected as the active member of European Academy of Sciences and Arts.

The European Academy of Sciences and Arts was founded on March 7, 1990. It is the biggest “Think Tank” in Europe that focuses on interdisciplinary discussion across specialist areas, ideologies and scientific cultures. It promotes transnational dialogue and visionary developments of new scientific knowledge and academic thinking. The Academy connects over 1700 scientists worldwide, among them 32 Nobel Prize winners.

Sweden has so far 6 members, however Professor Jinyue Yan is the first one in the field of "Technical Sciences".
