Water Wise Societies addresses issues related to freshwater and land-based water. The system boundary – from source to coast – is based on a catchment area perspective. It includes both water used in society, such as drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater, as well as natural water in lakes, rivers, and groundwater. The scope also covers factors that influence water and water management, related infrastructure, the resources carried in our water flows, and all actors who either affect or are affected by water along its journey from source to coast.

At the seminar you will learn more about the program and the upcoming calls and also get examples of challenges in the water sector where collaboration between stakeholders and the integration of technology, innovation, finance, policy, and values can generate new ideas and solutions.
