Emma Rui Lu (of INDEK and MMK) will be presenting a paper as lead author on managerial intent for adopting sustainability targets at a top conference for innovation management: Innovation and Product Development Management Conference (IPDMC) at Trinity College in Ireland this June.

She will present a framework and novel scales, one of first to directly measure managerial intentions, and link these measures to green innovation performance proxies. This is a multi-disciplinary framework that draws inspiration from social psychology, economics and innovation management.

Her co-authors are Jennie Björk, Petter Dahlström, Susanne Nilsson, and Wenly Tu.

On a special note the authors want to give special thanks to Hans Lööf, Vardan Hovsepyan, and INDEK faculty for their feedback and assistance.
