Canada: McMaster University

McMaster University is a public research university located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, 70km south of Toronto. The university ranked 4th among Canadian universities and 72th in the world according to the 2020 Times Higher Education World University Rankings. The campus is situated near the corner of Lake Ontario, surrounding part of the campus with a nature reservation which is a strong contrast to metropolitan life with Toronto being a 45 minute car ride away. The University is well known for the McMaster Model, the university's policy for a student-centered, problem-based, interdisciplinary approach to learning, a policy which has been adopted by several other universities around the world.

Note: The Business School is not open for exchange students. Students may be automatically enrolled and charged for the health & dental plan, CAD $230 per term. In order to get access to Graduate courses you must have studied and completed 4 years at KTH.
