As a student of EECS you can apply but make sure that you find courses that fit within your study programme.
At EECS there are in total 10 spots: 4 semester places at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and 6 places at the Department of Informatics (1 place at Informatics means either a semester or a full year).
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (4 spots) is located in the city center campus until 2025.
The Department of Informatics (6 spots) is on the campus site in Garching in the north of Munich.
The language of instruction is German with an increasing number of courses in English. Some Masters programmes are completely taught in English.
Note that exchange students have to take at least 60% of their workload (number of courses and credits) at the Department you are admitted to.
Please note in your application for exchange studies to KTH (in the course choice form) already which department you want to apply to.
For the master's programme in Aerospace, courses for your programme are available in the department "Maschinenwesen". Many courses are though given in German.
