Athena City Accolade Award

Athena City Accolade is given by the Centre for the Future of Places at KTH to distinguished scholars with substantial body of work that have during the scope of their career expanded, enriched and advanced the field of interdisciplinary knowledge within urbanism studies and beyond.

for her outstanding contribution to the field of Anthropology, Space, Place, Ethnography & Qualitative Methodology at the City University of New York (CUNY)

Professor Julian Agyeman

for his outstanding contribution to the field of social justice and ecological sustainability, environmental policy and planning at Tufts University, Medford, Massachusetts

Professor Emily Talen

for her outstanding contribution to the field of urban planning, urban design, geographical sciences and urbanism in general.
