Medical care today is more complex, often bringing medical personnel in different disciplines together. Multi-disciplinary care teams focusing on complicated cases may help decrease misjudgments within medical care.

The aim of FunkIS is to combine and develop advanced techniques for aiding decisions within such teams providing tools making sure the right information is available at the right time.
