About the unit of Management & Technology

The unit of Management and Technology explores central societal challenges such as industrial transformation, sustainability, digitalization based on profound knowledge in the ”classical areas” of Industrial management such as the management of innovation, technology, projects, operations, supply chain, human factors and organizational leadership. Much of the unit’s research focuses on the incumbent firm, and how it can manage its operations and transformation processes.

The unit offers courses to a wide range of engineering students at KTH as well as core courses within the educational programs of Industrial Engineering and Management, Industrial Management, and Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management.
