International officer

KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Support services at KTH

Tasks

KTH is hiring an International Officer for the EIT group within the International Relations Office, which is part of the administrative support services. The EIT group is responsible for the administrative coordination of the master's schools established under EIT Digital, EIT InnoEnergy, and EIT Urban Mobility, and has overall responsibility for study administration—from admission to graduation. The work is conducted in a European context with English as the main language, and business travel is part of the role.

The tasks are varied and include study administration, development of system support and university-wide processes for prospective and newly admitted students, as well as planning, executing, and evaluating both digital and physical events. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the project coordinator and other international officers within the group.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, service-oriented, and structured, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have an interest in, and the ability to incorporate, the student perspective into the daily work with the master's school.

We offer

  • Employment at a leading technical university that creates knowledge and expertise for a sustainable future
  • Dedicated and ambitious colleagues in a creative, international, and dynamic environment
  • Possibility to work remotely 1–2 days per week

  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms
  • Excellent English skills, both spoken and written, since the working language is English
  • Service-minded, structured work style, and the ability to work independently and solution-oriented

The role requires someone who is structured and independent, yet flexible when needed to find solutions and move forward. You are motivated by student interaction and have experience working in service roles.
