Stockholm Optimization Days 2022, 16 – 17 June 2022

This year’s conference theme is mixed-integer optimization, but we warmly welcome a broader optimization audience. The conference covers all aspects of optimization and mathematical programming, including:

  • Algorithm/solver development
  • Applications
  • Convex and nonconvex optimization
  • Deterministic/heuristic algorithms
  • Optimization theory
  • Continuous and discrete optimization

The conference is organized by the Optimization and Systems Theory Division at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. The conference is held at the KTH campus in central Stockholm.

Conference format

The conference will be held on-site at the KTH campus and hosted by the Optimization and Systems Theory division at the Department of Mathematics. The conference consists of a mixture of invited and contributed talks. The invited talks are all given in a single stream and the contributed talks are given in two parallel sessions.

Invitations are sent out during the fall 2021, and an online system for submitting abstracts for contributed talks will open in November 2021. The abstracts are limited to 300 words.

Registration to the conference is free of charge, but participants need to cover costs of travel and accommodation on their own.

A banquet will be held on June 16 in the evening. Those who wish to participate in the banquet need to pay a fee of approximately 500-800SEK (50 – 80 euro). More details on the banquet will follow.

Registration for non-presenters

Register to participate in Stockholm Optimization Days for non-presenters. Registration is free! But, there will be a fee for those who wish to participate in the Banquet in the evening on 16th June.
