Paul is an Associate Professor in Monash University, Malaysia campus. He has 20 years’ experience in teaching and research in the areas of Human Factors, Information Systems, Production and Operations Management and Marketing. His current research interests are in Sustainable System of Systems, Sustainable Production, Responsible Consumption, and Technology Adoption.
