Om mig

PhD candidate in the Energy Technology department

I obtained a Mechanical Engineering degree in 2011. For two years after, I worked in mechanical testing and conformity analysis for imports and exports. In 2013, I was awarded the Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Professionals (SISGP)  to prusue a masters degree in sustainable energy engineering at KTH, which I obtained in late 2015. In 2016, I began working as a research engineer in the energy technology department at KTH in which I started my PhD.

Research

  • Thermal Energy Storage (modeling, design, performance and exergy)
  • Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage ATES
  • Hydraulic and Thermal Modeling or Geothermal energy storage
  • Ground Source Heat Pump Systems (operation, fault detection and diagnosis)
  • Large Scale Geothermal Plants Monitoring (Big Data Management, data acquisition and performance analysis)
  • Energy systems
  • Distributed Temperature Sensing using laser & fiber optic cables (installation, calibration, uncertainty and data processing)

My goal is to build a leading research group in ground source heat pump and geothermal energy storage areas at KTH. I enjoy research, teaching as well as spreading knowledge and solidifying the connection between academia and industry.
