Anna Isoz

I am the coordinator at KTH Innovation and part of a team of 17 people that help researchers, students and employees at KTH to take their research results and business ideas to the market.

Since 2010, when I became the 7th employee at KTH Innovation, I have been a part of building this organisation that now supports around 500 people at any one time. I handle the competitive bidding for market consultants in our innovation projects, follow up on our statistics and help ensure that we perform against our goals. I read and respond to emails to our common inbox and refer new ideas on to our business coaches. I am also the link to other departments in central administration, work with recruitment and provide HR support to our head of department. Within the Innovation Office at KTH I am, among other things, the coordinator of our support to other universities and colleges in the region.

As a project manager I have managed the Project W which aimed to find out why so few women used our support and how we can change in order to improve on that. Since the beginning of the project in 2016 we have more than doubled the number of women who are part of the innovation support process. There is a lot still to do but we are on the right track!
