About me
My research profile at the Division of Ergonomics
I am a researcher at the Division of Ergonomics where I obtained my PhD in February 2024. The aim of my thesis was to explore the role of learning processes for a more sustainable working life through the concept Job Crafting. Most studies have been conducted within the research project Lärkraft, which aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of learning for the promotion of employee well-being and commitment.
I have also conducted studies within an Age Management project in a global manufacturing organisation. The results from that study contributes with important knowledge on how to enable older blue-collar workers to be able to stay healthy in work.
As a researcher, I am part of an ongoing project: Sustainable learning during radical change, which aims to investigate, from an MTO perspective, how sustainable learning can be developed during and after the transition to flexibility in where and when employees work during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
