About me

My research profile at the Division of Ergonomics

The aim of my thesis is to explore the role of learning processes for a more sustainable work life. Most studies have been conducted within the research project Lärkraft, which aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of learning for the promotion of employee well-being and commitment.

I have also conducted studies within an Age Management project in a global manufacturing organisation. The results from that study contributes with important knowledge on how to enable older blue-collar workers to be able to stay healthy in work.
