About me
I am a Ph.D. student at the Department of Electric Power & Energy Systems (EPE), School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS). My research is focused on the interactions between power system protection algorithms and control strategies of inverter-based resources in power grids with a high penetration of power electronics. I am being supervised by Professor Nathaniel Taylor and Professor Xiongfei Wang.
I received my B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and electric power engineering from KTH in 2020 and 2022 respectively. Before starting my Ph.D., I was a development engineer at Scibreak working on auxiliary power supplies for HVDC applications of Scibreak’s VARC circuit breaker technology. I have also been a teaching assistant (amanuens) in several undergraduate mathematics courses at KTH and was awarded the “Teaching Assistant of the Year” pedagogical prize from the electrical engineering students during the 2021/2022 academic year.
