I have two questions:
1. The application should post questions to the user just at the time specified by 'request_by' attribute? or on that time and also after crossing that time, but before the next time mentioned by next 'request_by' attribute?
2. May I let my application to send SMS using the built in SMS module in the emulator/mobile phone?
