Problem 12: Who said you need to use everything that is given in the problem? I often give more data than is needed, it's a part of the problem to understand what to use and what not to use.

Problem 11: The exercises are taken from the 'old' Nuclear Chemistry course. The radiation chemistry questions are not included in this course (13 & 16 and half 11), so you don't have to bother about these. The thing you should be able to calculate is the dose rate.

(and to answer your question: First calculate the dose rate, then use the G-value given in problem 16 to obtain the H2O2-concentration. Plug the concentration into the the given equation and you will get the rate of oxidation. And no, oxidation rate is not the same as dose rate)

Motivering: Från studenten: "Need help with deleting a post Good morning, I have a rather uncommon request and I was wondering if you can help me with it. I studied at KTH (Chemical Engineering for Energy and Environment, 2010) and my email address was ashabani@kth.se I was born in Iran, now I live in Canada and I'm a Canadian citizen. For the past 12 years, every time I enter the USA, I get pulled over for inspections, and I'm questioned about my education, and nuclear activities. I never understood why, until I googled my full name "Amir Shabanisefidan", which shows on my passport, and was used for my studies at KTH. There are only 4 entries that come up on Google, and the third one (attached and highlighted) is related to my "KD2430 - Kärnbränslecykelns kemi" course, and my question from Mats (our professor) about one of the assignments. I was wondering if you could help me delete these 2 comments? (of course after having a good laugh about how ridiculous American politics are ;) ).
