Dear students,

Unfortunately the KTH course SH2500 has been cancelled until further notice. We have agreed with Stockholm University that you can participate in the course FK7002 (Atomic Physics, 7.5 hp) instead. That course runs in the autumn term once every two years, i.e. 2013, 2015, and so on.

If you attend the FK7002 course, you should (well before the course starts) visit the student expedition of Stockholm University in Albanova (floor 4). The staff will help you to register to the course.

To those participating in a KTH programme (Master, Double degree, Civ ing.): After you have finished the FK7002 course, you should contact Prof. Kjell Carlsson at KTH who is Director of the Master programme in Engineering Physics at KTH. He will help you to formally include the course in the list of your other KTH-programme courses.

International exchange students should adjust their study plan (replacing SH2500 with SU:FK7002) with your coordinator at KTH.

The FK7002 course is very similar in content to SH2500. However, FK7002 contains no molecular physics.
