Robot teaches SFI students Swedish

The robot Furhat visited SFI in Alvik to speak Swedish with the students.
"It was like talking to a person, he asked a lot of questions and made facial expressions," said Gagan Singh from Afghanistan.

At SFI in Alvik, students received a visit to the human-like robot Furhat. He came there to talk with the students in Swedish. It is a research project from the department of Speech, Music and Hearing at KTH that develops methods for the robot so that it can best communicate with the students.

With the students Gagan from Afghanistan and Prusha from Iraq, the robot talked about food and nature.
