Conference attendance

PhD students and postdoctoral researchers in SweGRIDS can apply for supplementary funding towards a conference, up to once per year.

The conditions are that some work from the project must be presented (whether by poster, slides, etc), and the correct acknowledgement  must be given in the presentation and any paper published in conference proceedings. Funding should be applied for before the travel, along with a final or draft version of the paper or other presentation material that shows the correct acknowledgement.

To request conference funding, please contact the relevant centre-manager for your university: see Contact . Approved funding is paid to the researcher's department at the end of the year, along with the normal SweGRIDS financing.
