Two Early Achievement Awards to Emil Björnson

Emil Björnson, visiting professor at COS, has recently received two career awards from the IEEE. The IEEE Signal Processing Society has selected him for the 2020 Pierre-Simon Laplace Early Career Technical Achievement Award “for contributions to signal processing for communications and research reproducibility”. The Communication Theory Technical Committee (CTTC) of the IEEE Communications Society selected him for the 2020 Early Achievement Award “for contributions to MIMO communications and promoting wireless research through videos and social media”.
