New Swedish research satellite approved for funding!

Funding for the Mats satellite has been approved by Swedish National Space Board
Swedish National Space Board has approved funding for new Swedish research satellite, Mats. The satellite will study waves in the mesosphere by means of tomography in several spectral channels. The department of Space and Plasma Physics is part of the project, contributing with sensor readout electronics.
