This research focuses on mechanical parameter identification and vibration suppression in electric drive systems. In practical applications, elastic shafts and load dynamics introduce resonance that limit control bandwidth and degrade operation performance. The study begins with system identification to analyze the system orders and derive dominant resonance characteristics from measured data. Key mechanical parameters are identified with improved robustness to noise and uncertainty. The identified dynamic model then serves as a foundation for vibration suppression control, enabling targeted attenuation of resonant vibrations in electric drive systems and supporting high-performance motion control.
