Organ level simulations are multi-scale, multi-physics, extremely difficult to verify (not to mention validate...), with complex physiological models, plenty of controversial aspects, etc. All these features make such simulations fertile soil for supercomputing. In this talk we present our work, particularly dedicated to the cardiovascular system, from the pumping action of the heart to stent deployment in arteries, and to the respiratory system, including massive particle tracking and data-analytics.
