Research in collaboration

Research at KTH is performed mainly in cooperation with companies and various societal bodies. It is often organised as competence centres connected to a specific part of KTH while still conducting independent research.

Research centres

Each centre is connected to one of KTH's five schools but performs independent research. Most centres have their own board, with representatives from trade, business and society.
