Courses in communication for doctoral students and researchers at KTH
KTH Language and Communication offers three communication-focused doctoral courses, and one presentation skills course for researchers. Doctoral students and researchers at KTH have priority, but applicants from other universities are welcome, provided there is room. You apply directly to KTH Language and Communication via the links on each course page below.
Our three doctoral courses
Writing Scientific Articles, FDS3102, 5 credits
This course provides students with the skills needed to write articles in correct and precise scientific English.

Visualize your Science, FLS3104, 4 credits
This course aims to develop students’ competence in visual communication, with a focus on images and illustrations for scientific posters and presentations.

Application for our doctoral courses
Apply before 16 december 2022 for courses starting Spring 2023, using the links on the course pages (above). There is a limited number of spaces, so we recommend you to apply as early as possible. If the course is not full at the end of the application period, it will be possible to submit a late application. See the course page for details.
A letter of enrolment will be sent out as soon as we can confirm that you have been accepted to your selected course.
