Some of the benefits we offer

Staff training and development

At KTH, you have the opportunity to develop your skills through both internal staff training  and external staff training programmes in a number of different areas.

Preventive healthcare

As an employee at KTH, you are entitled to a wellness promotion subsidy each calendar year corresponding to SEK 3000, as well as 1 wellness hour per week.

Additional parental compensation

We supplement the national parental insurance for parental leave when you work at KTH. 

Flexible working hours and possibility to work from home 

A good work-life balance is important for employees' well-being. That's why we offer flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home for some of your working hours (if your work allows).

Occupational pensions

As an employee at KTH you will receive an occupational pension. It is a supplement to the national pension. 

Right to Annual Leave

We value the importance of time off, allowing you as an employee to rest and recharge. As a member of staff at KTH, you are covered by the national government holiday agreement, which entitles you to:

  • 28 days of annual leave up to and including the year you turn 29

  • 31 days of annual leave from the year you turn 30

  • 35 days of annual leave from the year you turn 40

In addition to the above, there are also several half-days during the year in connection with public holidays.
