If you have any additional questions about the housing service that you cannot find an answer to here on the website, you are welcome to reach out over email at housingoffice@kth.se .

To get allocated in the first place you need to fill out the registration form  and we will contact you shortly.

KTH Entré

KTH Entré  is located on KTH main campus, Drottning Kristinas väg 4. You can get help with access card, KTH account and IT-support. ID is always required. Keys and housing-related items are collected here during opening hours and must be pre-arranged via e-mail with KTH Housing. The opening hours at KTH Entré are available on their webpage, but they differ during summer: KTH Entré

Fault report

Is something in your apartment not working as it should?

  • If there is something faulty or broken in the apartment or building, fill in this form; Fault report .
  • If an emergency regarding the apartment or building occurs outside office hours, please see the information in your entryway, or refer to housing locations . If an emergency occurs during office hours (8.00-16.30) fill the Fault report form  first, then call 08-790 92 00 (+46 8 790 92 00 from a foreign telephone number).
