Rules and registration
Changing the examiner does not mean that you are allowed to write a different examination than other students - it only means that a different examiner will be correcting the examination. If you believe you have been incorrectly assessed in a previous examination, you should first apply for a review of your grade .
If your examination requires mandatory registration, you must apply for a change of examiner no later than the last day for examination registration: Exam schedules .
Special reasons that speak against appointing another examiner may be that there is no other suitable examiner. This means that it is not guaranteed that you will get another examiner even if you apply for it. The decision to appoint the examiner is made by the Head of School but may be redelegated to the Director of First and Second Cycle Education or the Director of Third-Cycle Education.
