Australia: Queensland University of Technology

Queensland University of Technology is situated in Brisbane and has two campuses. It is the study destination of nearly 45,000 students, which includes 6,000 international students. The city campus is close to the river and the Botanic gardens; Science, technology, engineering and mathematics are the strengths of the campus in the city centre. It ranks among the 15 best Australian universities.

Note: Courses within Business are open to exchange students if they fulfill the prerequisites. An additional insurance, if staying in the country more than two weeks after the exchange studies have been finalized, is required.

Grade requirements: No. A minimum of VG/C in one of the English courses in the Leaving certificate from upper secondary school is required. If older than five years, a special certificate from QUT has to be filled in by international coordinator and submitted with the application material to the university.
