Application of AI-powered environmental sustainability optimisation techniques to a new production plant, designed and taken into operation within the time-span of the project.

BLISS - Blended Learning Implementation for reSilient, acceSsible and efficient higher education

The BLISS initiative is set to address the challenges emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic by proposing a blended learning-based set of ready to use educational units and a related methodological framework to create such learning material.

DimanD – Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovative Training Network (ITN)

The project will provide high-quality multidisciplinary, multi-professional and cross-sectorial research and training to high-achieving early stage researchers in the area of Industry 4.0.

Dynamic SALSA – Dynamic Scheduling of Assembly and Logistics Systems using AI

Dynamic SALSA develops Ai solutions and practical software applications for dynamic scheduling technologies in smart assembly and logistics for the automotive sector

EASYRob - Efficient and advanced system and methods for the elasto-kinematic calibration of robots

This project aims at developing a portable, robust, and in-cell deployable measurement device applicable to a majority of the industrial robot market. The device will be accompanied by measurement methods allowing for the elasto-kinematic calibration on robots and in robot cells of various sizes and a powerful software stack for guiding the users.

EXPLAIN – Explainable and Learning Production & Logistics by Artificial Intelligence

The project identifies an innovative combination of virtual production technology and AI algorithms to increase access to new knowledge and understanding within the production area.

ICARUS

The project brings together a number of experts and leaders in Industry 4.0 from European Higher Education Institutions (HEI) to collaborate in order to develop specific training content and support HEI trainers and learners. A digital training toolbox will be developed to address the Industry 4.0 skills gap and mismatches.

Ingenjör4.0

Ingenjör4.0 (Engineer4.0) is a national upskilling program aimed for professionals with an engineering background. We offer you and your company to take part of our web-based learning modules, led by prominent teachers from 13 Swedish universities, that will enable you to develop the knowledge and skills sets needed for smart manufacturing.

MAESTRO - MAnufacturing Education for a Sustainable fourth IndusTRial RevolutiOn

MAESTRO project brings together excellences in manufacturing research in order to define and deliver the new competences required by future engineers working in the context of the fourth industrial revolution. In doing so particular emphasis is given to the aspect related with a sustainable transition to the digital era.

ODIN

Open-Digital-Industrial and Networking pilot lines using modular components for scalable production (ODIN). The adoption of robots in lower volume, diverse environment is heavily constrained by the high integration and deployment complexity that overshadows the performance benefits of this technology.

Operational readiness

The project investigates how companies can have faster and better achievement of operational performance targets through investigation of strategic directions and tactical actions as part of design process for production equipment/production line acquisition.

Produktion2030 CEPort

Material Passport: A digital platform for manufacturing industry to implement Circular Production Systems.

RESPIRE

RESPIRE contributes to resilient and sustainable production systems by rethinking the management of unexpected events (crisis management), creating industrial and societal resilience needed to handle the dynamics and crises of the future.

TET – The Evolving Textbook

TET project is based on the collaborative development of an evolving digital textbook. Content will be created by both teachers and learners and the platform will support them in their daily educational activities and stimulate innovative learning and teaching practices.

VIVACE

VIVACE (VIsibility of VAlue Networks for Circularity and Eco-efficiency) aims to support manufacturing companies in their sustainability journey through enhanced circularity and eco-efficiency.

VRP4Youth – Innovative Integration Between Virtual Reality and Rapid Prototyping for Youth

The VRP4Youth initiative aims to provide Virtual Reality (VR) and Rapid Prototyping (RP) skills to unemployed youth who cannot acquire competencies related to new generation technologies in formal education processes. This will strengthen their employability.

VRUTSKRIFT

Design and printing of magnetic soft untethered devices with re-programmability and self-maintainable shapes.
