Job description

At KTH Innovation, we support people at KTH who want to develop their ideas and take them further. We are one of Europe's leading innovation hubs, and part of KTH. Since 2007, we have helped thousands of students, researchers and employees develop ideas into successful start-ups.

Every year, we receive over 400 new ideas. We offer support all the way from idea to innovation – with coaching, financing, legal support and access to global networks. Many of our teams work with AI, deep tech and sustainability.

To inspire students and researchers, we organise events, workshops and other initiatives, and now we want to do more related to AI. Our building at Teknikringen 1 is the hub for our creative and driven community, and this is where most of our activities take place.

  • Be part of a group tasked with planning and implementing AI-related events, such as hackatons, creative workshops and inspirational talks

Qualifications

Requirements

  • You should be admitted to first or second-level cycle education at a Swedish university 
  • A genuine interest in AI – the technology, trends or its possibilities
  • Experience of planning and implementing events, workshops or similar
  • Responsible, attentive and open-minded – with an enterprising, creative and solution-focused approach
  • Very good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written, as this is required in your daily work

Preferred qualifications

  • Current student at KTH and have at least two years left of studies
  • Good understanding of and insight into student life at KTH or other universities, preferably from involvement in student associations, nations or similar
  • Enjoy collaborating and being part of a team that works together
  • Are creative, curious and enjoy making things happen
  • Are communicative and confident in meeting new people
  • Experience from similar tasks

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities especially your ability to collaborate, see what is needed, take initiative, and make things happen within given frameworks.

About the employment

The employment is valid for a limited time according to the agreement - for up to 1 year, with access 1 November, or according to agreement.
