We are now seeking a student assistant (amanuens) with a focus on communication and outreach activities.

Job description
Your responsibilities will include communication, exhibitions, and events. As an assistant at PLENTY, you will:
- Support the communications team with practical communication tasks, including content creation, website updates, social media, event logistics, and facilitating internal knowledge exchange.
- Serve as web editor for the PLENTY website, ensuring it is up to date with news, events, and research results.
- Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.
- Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and help disseminate information about PLENTY’s activities and results.
- Attend management group meetings for the centre.
We encourage your participation on site at meetings and events. Working hours are flexible and can be adapted to your studies.
Qualifications
Requirements
- You should be admitted to first or second-level cycle education at a Swedish university
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as this is required daily.
- Knowledge of and interest in food, innovation, and sustainable development.
Preferred qualifications
- Student at KTH
- Experience in communication work, content creation, or event planning.
- Ability to work independently and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Structured, communicative, and responsive.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.
