PLENTY is a leading research and innovation centre committed to transforming Sweden’s food system into a fully integrated circular and symbiotic model. We are now seeking a student assistant (amanuens) with a focus on communication and outreach activities.

Job description

Your responsibilities will include communication, exhibitions, and events. As an assistant at PLENTY, you will:

• Support the communications team with practical communication tasks, including content creation, website updates, social media, event logistics, and facilitating internal knowledge exchange.
• Serve as web editor for the PLENTY website, ensuring it is up to date with news, events, and research results.
• Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.
• Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and help disseminate information about PLENTY’s activities and results.
• Attend management group meetings for the centre.

We encourage your participation on site at meetings and events. Working hours are flexible and can be adapted to your studies.

Qualifications

Requirements

• You should be admitted to first or second-level cycle education at a  Swedish university 
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as this is required daily.
• Knowledge of and interest in food, innovation, and sustainable development. 

Preferred qualifications

• Student at KTH
• Experience in communication work, content creation, or event planning.
• Ability to work independently and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Structured, communicative, and responsive.
