KTH Royal Institute of Technology, School of Engineering Sciences
Job description
As a postdoctoral researcher, you will conduct research in optimal transport, optimization with applications to machine learning and statistics. The work includes theoretical and computational studies of Wasserstein gradient flows and its PDE analysis, as well as the development of numerical algorithms for optimization, sampling, and inference. The position is hosted by the Department of Mathematics, School of Engineering Sciences (SCI) at KTH, and the postdoc will work in close collaboration with Dr. Jia-Jie Zhu. The research is carried out in an international environment with collaborations both within KTH and with external research partners. Up to 20% of the position may include teaching or supervision duties.
